Term	Meaning
Company	A working organization with its own users and data.
Company role	Administrator or member permissions governing team administration.
Operations role	A separate access level for operational records: administrator, viewer or no access.
Owner, editor, reader	Permission levels for a file object. These do not automatically follow your company role.
File space	A personal or company storage area. System views help you find items in these spaces.
Version	A particular file’s contents at a point in time; an upload can create a new version of an existing file.
Quarantine	A state in which a checked file is isolated and unavailable for normal delivery.
Activity history	The available history and context of actions on an object.
External link	Managed access to selected file versions for recipients outside the normal workspace.
File request	A link that lets a recipient send files into a specified folder within configured limits.
Merchant	A business used as a dimension of operational accounting; labelled ТСП in Russian.
Legal entity	A legal organization associated with operations and documents.
Balance	The balance for selected dimensions, based on available source data and financial operations.
Write-off	A recorded financial action reducing a balance for the selected details.
Transfer	Movement of a balance between legal entities for the selected bank and merchant.
Source snapshot	A consistent set of source data that an import validates and applies.
Import	Loading, checking and applying a source snapshot. It does not imply that every source row is correct.
Receipt	Confirmation of a modifying action’s result; distinguishes a completed action from an unknown outcome.
MFA	An additional sign-in check using a one-time code from an authenticator application.
Session	An active sign-in on a device or in a browser.
