Quickstart
ClodDoc brings company files and operational work into one workspace. Start by signing in, checking your access, and choosing the task you want to complete.
1. Sign in and check your profile
Section titled “1. Sign in and check your profile”Accept your company invitation and open ClodDoc. For your first visit, follow the sign-in guide.
Open Profile to see your email, organization role, Operations role, and two-factor authentication status. If MFA is not enabled, select Set up MFA and follow the security guide.
You can work with resources that have been shared with you. If a section is missing, ask your administrator to check your role. Operations viewer and Operations administrator provide different capabilities.
2. Check your daily overview
Section titled “2. Check your daily overview”Today brings together recent files, active links, incoming file requests, and the upload queue on your current device. If you have Operations access, you also see balances, items awaiting review, documents in progress, and import status.
Select a file name or a card link to open its working area. If a card fails to load, retry that card. Other cards remain independent.
3. Open your files
Section titled “3. Open your files”Go to Files:
- My files is your personal space.
- Company files contains company resources according to your permissions.
- Shared with me contains items you have been given access to.
- Recent and Favorites provide quick access to frequently used materials.
Start with the files overview. To find accessible items, open Search or read the search guide.
4. Complete an Operations task
Section titled “4. Complete an Operations task”If your account has access to the module, choose a workflow:
| Task | Guide |
|---|---|
| Check a balance by bank, merchant, and legal entity | Balances |
| Record a write-off, reversal, or balance transfer | Write-offs and transfers |
| Find an agreement, add a document, or upload a new version | Documents |
| Connect a Google spreadsheet | Data source |
| Check an update and rejected rows | Imports |
| Resolve ambiguous business mappings | Data review |
An Operations viewer can inspect data. Changes require an Operations administrator role. Google Sheets is available after your company’s source and integration have been configured.
5. If you administer the company
Section titled “5. If you administer the company”Open Users, invite colleagues, and assign the roles they need. Grant file access separately. When someone leaves, use the deactivation workflow to review its impact and transfer ownership so that working materials remain available.
Manage your team · Roles and permissions.
Know when a task is complete
Section titled “Know when a task is complete”Uploading a file, checking it, and making it available are separate states. A financial action is confirmed when the server returns a receipt. A successful import can still contain rejected rows that need attention.
If the interface says the outcome is unknown, use the offered retry for the same request. Do not create another action just because the first response was lost.
