Find your way around

ClodDoc brings team files and operational data into one application. The workspaces share your account, but serve different purposes.

Area Use it to Start here
Today Review recent files, uploads and available work items Read the overview
Files Organize materials, work with folders and versions, and share access Understand file spaces
Operations Review balances, record write-offs and transfers, and manage your data source Open balances
Search Find available files and operational records in one place Search ClodDoc
Profile Check your account and active sessions Manage security
Users Invite colleagues and manage company roles Set up your team

Operations and Users appear only when your permissions allow them. A missing section does not necessarily mean that loading failed. Check your role first.

Files holds your team’s working materials: folders, presentations, images, spreadsheets, agreements and other supported formats. These objects have versions, file permissions, external links and upload requests.

Operations → Documents is a separate register tied to a bank, merchant and legal entity. Each document has a type, date and recorded signing status. Uploading a document here does not create a matching item in My files.

Choose the area that matches the task: use Files to send materials to a partner; use Documents to record a document for a particular bank, merchant and legal entity.

  1. Choose an area in the left sidebar.
  2. Use the filters and search controls in that area.
  3. Select a row to open its details and available actions in the side panel, where supported.
  4. Use the workspace selector in the top bar to move between sections of Operations or Files.

The main workspaces are available in the bottom navigation. Details may open in a separate panel. Wide financial tables can scroll horizontally: move across the table to read complete values.

Wait for confirmation after changing data. For a financial action, retain its result receipt. If the outcome is unknown, use the offered retry for the same request instead of creating a new transaction.
