Start with Today

Today brings the work items available to you onto one page. It summarizes existing workspaces; it does not create separate copies of files or financial data.

Open your overview

1. Sign in to ClodDoc.
2. Choose Today, or open cloddoc.cc/today.
3. Review the cards and follow the link in a card to work on its items.

Read the cards

• Recent files shows available items you recently opened or changed. Select an item to open its file context.
• Active links summarizes external sharing. Manage individual links under Files → Links.
• Incoming requests shows active file requests and the space they use.
• Uploads shows this device’s queue, including paused transfers and files awaiting checks.
• Operational cards summarize available balances, imports, documents and data review tasks. They depend on your operations role.

Platform administrators may also see replication status. “Replication disabled” means that feature is off; it does not confirm the existence of a backup.

When one card cannot load

The overview requests each section independently. An error in one card does not mean that all workspaces are unavailable.

1. Read the message on that card.
2. Use its retry action if available.
3. Open the original workspace to inspect its records directly.
4. If the problem continues, give your administrator the section name and the time of the error.

Do not treat an older value retained during an error as a freshly verified result.

Continue an unfinished upload

Open the upload center and check its state. Transferring bytes and checking a file for threats are separate stages. If you need to resume after reloading, choose the same local file; a different revision cannot continue the previous transfer.
